Beyond friendly staff, both the drinks we got were great, she confirmed with us how we wanted it after we had ordered it, the Banh Mi and it was yummy as frock, I recommend the pork. For my preferences I say get boba on the less sweet end (25%) Overall come here.

I am regularly impressed with the Banh MI (and of the variations. All great!), especially for the price. Love the Dragon fruit and mango smoothie. Very friendly customer service also. I want her to be me mum.

This place is always great. Their manager (I think) is constantly ensuring that everything is made fresh. She is clearly very passionate about her job and really does have a talent for flavor balance and delicious combinations. I love coming here because the energy and service is always great and so are their teas and smoothies!

Owner was so sweet! I was having a matcha craving on a Sunday night and I saw this place was open. The Creme Brulee Matcha is delicious! I'm pretty picky about my matcha and I was really impressed, they also carry almond milk which is really nice (I'm a big almond milk fan). She suggested adding taro boba too and it was sooooo yummy! I'll definitely be back!

Went to Hyson this morning and tried the best bubble tai tea! Everything is authentic and homemade and the owner, forgot to catch her name, was one of the nicest and most down to earth humans! The banh mi was also full of flavors

Chill cafe with good food. A very nice place to get a meal and sit and work. The person working the counter seems nice, and the music is not too loud. I got the chicken banh mi, which was quite tasty (particularly the pickled daikon and carrots, which went really nicely with the richness meat and mushroom pate), and the tiramisu tea, which was not too sweet. Definitely a place I would come back to.

They're always so welcoming whenever I go in and whenever I call! All their sandwiches and drinks are ICONIC! Don't miss out on the very Seattle pairing of their Combo Sandwich and The Avocado Smoothie! The sandwiches are umami, fresh and unctuous. The waffles deliver on flavor and texture! BIG PANDAN AND UBE FLAVORS!! Banana Vietnamese coffee, Banh mi, and Pandan waffles here are my absolute favorites. They are all made fresh in house and take a bit of time, but it’s worth it. The owner is very friendly and takes the time know every customer. I love this place!
